I found the food really good with many exquisite options. The Catch restaurant deserves praise and Toscana offered very nice Italian cuisine, its service stood out to me.

The check-in process was quite bad. There was no welcome drink offered. The receptionist did not offer more water and gave an attitude when I asked questions.

The hotel design is so luxury. Every room get personal butler service. It was quite nice. I must say that the bed was like the most lovely bed I've laid on. The bathrooms looked totally fine for romantic evening.

The hotel perhaps miss a little soul. It seems more geared for business, and I noticed the beach felt a bit far from the main building.

the room was good. I had a superior sea view room. the view of the sea was enjoyable from my room. the breakfast had many options to select from.

the check-in process was not efficient. it took a long time , and it was difficult to get assistance. i felt there needed to be more staff available. housekeeping did not always replenish towels.
